Returns And Replacements Policy
Ms Pink Panther takes great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of its products. Attention to design, materials and construction is our priority. Prior to shipment, we carefully inspect your order and ensure that it passes our quality check. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage in transit or incorrect product delivery within three (3) days. Arrangements for a prompt replacement will be considered, at the sole discretion of Ms Pink Panther, subject to acceptance and authorization by our Quality Control team.
REPLACEMENTS WILL BE DONE ONLY IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
- Genuine quality issues.
- Packages lost in transit from Ms Pink Panther to you.
- Shipment of an incorrect item.
- You agree in this instance that Ms Pink Panther will make the final judgment regarding the damage / inaccuracy.
STEPS TO REQUEST A REPLACEMENT
Please inform us within 3 days of receipt of product with photographic evidence of the damaged / incorrect product via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we have received your e-mail, our Quality Control team will review the evidence, and if it is found valid, Ms Pink Panther will send an email communication authorizing the return (within 1-2 days usually).
You will be required to return the product in exactly the way in which it was received (unworn, with original packaging) to reach us within 30 days of email notice. You are solely responsible for and must prepay all return shipping charges and will assume all risk of loss or damage to product while in transit to us. For this reason, we recommend shipping the product (s) back to us using a courier that can provide you with a tracking number and insurance in the event of loss/damage.
Charges for the return shipping will be refunded upto Rs. 100 (within India).Refunds will be made only after we receive the shipment in its original packaging. Refunds will be processed to your bank account via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT). You will be required to email your bank details to email@example.com in such cases and refunds will not be processed to third-party accounts in any circumstances, i.e. the name on your Ms Pink Panther account should match with the name of the bank account holder. No refunds can be provided for international shipping.
EXCHANGE POLICY :
No requests for exchanges will be considered for any reason whatsoever.
NO RELACEMENTS WILL BE CONSIDERED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address / incorrect address format
- Three (3) failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.
- Refusal of package by recipient.
- Sizing issues (Please review our 'SIZE GUIDE' section carefully before making your purchase).
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition (i.e, due to wear and tear exclusive of the damages due to transit from us proven with photographic evidence and accepted by Ms Pink Panther).
- Minor colour and design variation. All products are handmade, so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
- If the jewellery is not found faulty or damaged after our Quality Control team's assessment.
