Items that are in stock will be shipped as soon as the payments are cleared which typically takes between 24 to 48 hours from the time the order was placed. We accept orders for items that we don’t currently have in stock on the basis that it will be made to order. The time required for the manufacture of new jewellery will vary depending on the complexity and the availability of the required metals and stones; and can span between three and eight weeks.
Our shipping and processing charges are intended to cover processing of your order, handling and packing of the products you purchase and delivering them to you. We at Ms Pink Panther charge a flat shipping fee of Rs.100 within India, which helps us keeping our prices reasonable for all. Most domestic purchases (in stock) are shipped to arrive at your doorstep within 7-10 working days of receipt of the order or sometimes sooner depending on locality.
We now offer shipment of our merchandise across the world. International shipping charges vary according to location and weight. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches his or her country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In such cases, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. Ms pink panther takes no responsibility for non delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address and will not provide any refunds in such cases.
International orders take typically 15 to 20 working days (in stock items). If there is a delay, we will notify you by email. Some items may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Some heavy or oversized items cannot be shipped internationally. Some destinations may take a while to reach. In such cases we shall notify you about the same by email.
What if I have received a damaged product?
We work with highly specialized quality control measures that strives to ensure that the product is up to our standards when we ship the product . However it is your responsibility to check for any damage or other discrepancies upon receiving your order and bring the same to our notice promptly. In case you believe your product hasn’t reached you in good condition, that is if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and contact our customer care via phone or email as soon as possible (on the same day) mentioning your order reference number.
In case, upon opening the package, you find a damaged product or other discrepancies (including wrong product), please get in touch with us on our customer care number (+91 9585595869) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 day of receipt of product. In such cases, we shall arrange to re-deliver your order at the earliest possible time once our team assesses the damage and authorizes the replacement (within 1-2 days).
What if I do not like the product after receiving the product? Can I cancel the order?
Please take a moment to understand that we work with precious materials and an elaborate time consuming process is required for crafting each of our products in order to produce jewellery that we love and are proud of. To ensure consistency in quality, we do not offer exchange or refunds any grounds.
